Tender & Compliance Coordinator Specialist (Italy)
This role will play an important part in two different areas: Tender & Compliance and EHS.
As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible of receiving call for bids, preparing, validating and delivering documents required and maintaining tender records.
The person will also relate with sales organizations to fulfill all administrative requirements during the tender process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible of monitoring, receiving, screening, and forwarding to account managers calls for bids in a specific area
- Analyzing all aspect of calls for tender to best organize preparation of documentation required
- Evaluates specific critical issues related with bids and calls for bids.
Raise appropriate warnings to account mangers concerned
- Responsible for checking documents compliance with call for bids requests and local law requirements
- Delivers documents to the addressed tender organization
- Keeps for update tender records
- Creates and continuously updates legally required needs
- Stipulates contract for bid
- Plans and executes all activities related with supply and update/integration of contracts
- Responsible for guarantees emission
- Responsible for reporting about tender metrics
As Business Coordinator Specialist (focus in EHS), your main responsibility is to support the prevention of occupational risks derived from business contracting and subcontracting when different companies concur in the same work center.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Health and Safety coordination with customers.
- Manages and maintains up to date all the documents related to H&S in collaboration with the H&S responsible.
- Responsible of keeping up-to-date documentation in customer's platforms to grant CSEs access to customer sites.

**Education and experience**:
- Bachelor's or high school's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in tender & administrative departments providing support at the executive level.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Experience on having an effective connection with all the functions involved in the Sales process.
Facilitate problem solving solutions for customers by assuring cross functional coordination, building solid long-term relationships.
Interact with Service Sales Leadership, Service Delivery, and other cross functional teams as required to handle customer needs and solving customer issues.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Italian
