Your ChallengeHandle the whole bid phase inautonomy, according to the Customer and Company's requirements, ensuringquality of the offers for eMobility Products and Solutions andreporting periodically the status and strategy to managementEnsure an accurate offer evaluationand cost calculation, based on technical requirements and specificconfiguration tools, following all processes and policiesSatisfy the customer's requests under alltechnical and commercial expectations. Develop customers knowledge andrelationships, supporting the dedicated Sales cluster(s) and withmeetings at customer's premises when requiredCoordinate all Stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, third parties and internal cross division) to ensure aconsistent offer regarding: Technical, Contractual, Pricing, Risks andSafety issuesCollaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, Regional Countries and with the Products ManagersParticipate in internal and/or externalkickoff meetings as required to facilitate the smooth transfer of ordersWhat you needto bring with youYou should already have a confirmed experience in offering of eMobilityProducts and Solutions, together with:Electro technical background is preferred, solid understanding of electrical systems, in particular on eMobilityproducts, software and aftersales support Proven experience on management of tendersfor EPCs, public customer, international projects and sophisticated plantsGood organizational skills to respond tomultiple inquiries, in a timely and professional manner, with strongorientation to reach the targetsAdvance technical value to the eMobilitybusiness partners during the sales activities (customers, design offices, architects, etc.
)Strong technical understanding, creativethinking and solutions-oriented approach in a booming and fast dynamicmarketExcellent command of Italian language aswell as English, both written and spokenAvailability for business trips onnational level, and sometimes also internationalExpertise with AutoCAD and design toolsare welcomeGreat teammate, strong communication &interpersonal skills; Being a role model for openness andinclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural elementWhat we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with aninclusive and flexible way of working driven by results, ; hybrid andremote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computerand smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
