Summary

The goal of the Market Access department is to unlock the full value of both the Company and its products.

This is done by communicating effectively the innovative values of the Company to the patients, to the Regional Health Service and to the community as a whole

**Duties and Responsibilities

- Analysis and evaluation of the technical specifications of the tender specifications

- Project management of the activities

- Realization of the documents needed by the procedure, from the introductory phase to the final one

- Study of the technical solutions for participation in tenders and elaboration of improvement proposals

- Preparation of documentation necessary for the preparation of the tender documents

- Management of the tender repository

- Coordinating internal and external work groups at Incyte for all the needs related to participation in the tenders and the preparation of the technical and economic offers

- Timely end effectively managing initiatives and projects that contribute to document and establish full product value,

- Participating to Cross-functional Teams, to gather business inputs and needs and translate them into MA activities able to successfully address those needs;

**Requirements**:

- Project Management skills

- Experience in carrying out tenders of at least 3 years

- Good knowledge of contracts and the procurement code

- Fluency in English

- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, good dialectics, predisposition to team work and proactivity

- In-depth understanding of payers and their perspective at both Italian Regional and local health systems

- Very good knowledge of the Italian Health Care system

- Excellent strategic and analytical skills with a systematic, exact and independent working style

- Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical content in a convincing way to non-technical audiences.
