The Tender/Contract Office Intern for the Italian Tender Office Department will give support to the preparation and submission of Tenders, Offers and contracts in both Public and Private healthcare sector and will also help in the Customer's pricing management.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
- Review and understand contracts related to capital equipment for each division, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
- Record all contract information, including customer details, contract status, and expiration dates, to maintain an accurate and accessible database.
- Help in the preparation of contracts and offers for medical devices and services according to the Company procedures & guidelines, to the Customer specifications and to the Italian Law (Codice degli Appalti).
- Collaboration with the Sales Team to identify the best Customer proposal leveraging products, services and solutions available.
- Collaboration with all the functions in charge for the preparation of technical and administrative documents needed for tenders and contracts submission.
- Daily use of the software tools available for tenders/offers/contracts preparation.
- Reporting of activities to Tender Office manager/supervisor.
**What Are We Looking For in You**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Legal Studies (Scienze Giuridiche) or similar fields;
- Analytical problem solver;
- High attention to details;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Excellent team building skills;
- Customer focus;
- Familiar with software tools like Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Good level of English and Italian (B2 level or higher);
- Knowledge of the Italian Tenders Law (Codice degli Appalti) is a plus.
- Able to sign an Internship agreement (6 months + 6 months).
