Tender Office Representative**:
- Work mode: Hybrid- Onsite Location(s): Milan, MI, IT**Locations**: in our offices in Milan, on a hybrid working schedule.
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Tender Specialist for the Italian Tender Office Department that is in charge for the preparation and submission of Tenders, Offers and contracts in both Public and Private healthcare sector and is responsible for Customer's pricing management.
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Preparation of contracts and offers for medical devices and services according to the Company procedures & guidelines, to the Customer specifications and to the Italian Law (Codice degli Appalti).
- Accurate and timely submission of all the assigned tasks, without exception.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team to identify the best Customer proposal leveraging products, services and solutions available.
- Collaboration with all the functions in charge for the preparation of technical and administrative documents needed for tenders and contracts submission.
- Daily use of the software tools available for tenders/offers/contracts preparation.
- Reporting of activities to Tender Office manager/supervisor.
**What are we looking for in you**:
- Background of studies or experience in Law, Tender Management or Public Administration, with knowledge of the Italian Tenders Law (Codice degli Appalti).
- Analytical problem solver, precise and attentive to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Used to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Process oriented with a "Continuous improvement" mindset
- Excellent team building skills
- Customer focus
- Familiar with PC and software tools like Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good level of English.
