Tender Office Specialist
THE POSITION**:
As a Tender Office Specialist you will ensure the operative support for several activities related to hospital tender office in accordance with company procedures and supervisor's requirement.
***Tasks & responsibilities**:
- Ensure the participation of BI to competitive tender in order to guarantee the supply of BI Products to Hospitals.
- Ensure the alignment between Tender Tool and SAP of BI drugs' prices and prices applied in clients orders
- Transmit all documents elaborated and duly reviewed and signed to clients
- Provide support in the collection of documents and information necessary to fulfill economic offers and tender documentations (i. e.
bank guarantees, bank statements, Drug Safety Data Sheets. . )
- Properly Archive and retain tender documentations, contracts, approval evidence and e mails, according to the company retention policy and national legislation
- In case of discrepancies between orders and invoices pointed out by Credit Management or Customer Service, check prices reported in hospital orders with prices awarded
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or similar
- Knowledge of public and private authorities (hospitals, medical centres, etc. . ) and its regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role in hospital tender office in pharmaceutical/medical devices companies.
- Good command of the English language and native level of Italian
- Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
