Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.

The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

Position

We are looking for a Tender Specialist to reinforce and expand the partners ecosystem, focusing on Municipalities, Regions, Government and Public Agencies, through public tenders or bilateral agreements.

Based on defined objectives, you will set up and implement a strategy to identify and evaluate potential public partners and tenders, prepare Atlante's bids, oversee the process end-to-end and be in charge of coordinating all the expert disciplines in the project.

**Tasks and Duties

BID MANAGEMENT (50%)

- Manage the bidding process

- Lead the public tenders end to end, from origination to bidding, ensuring adherence to realistic timescales and defined milestones at each stage of the bid, including submission of a compliant bid on time

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to collect all the information needed for the tenders

- Create the needed processes to scale and speed the bidding process

PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS DEVELOPMENT (50%)

- Build strong public relationships for business development

- Manage and monitor partnerships to establish long-term relationships

- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to public partners to ensure consistent growth: identification, qualification, outreach, development of potential partnership

- Monitor, adjust and grow the business relationship with the selected partners, defining a joint roadmap to implement, negotiate and support the formalization through contracts

- Leading University Master Degree

- MBA is considered a plus

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the same role

- At least 1 year of proven experience and track record in public tenders with Municipalities/Regions

- Experience in the EV industry is a Plus

- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English

- Knowledge of other languages such as French or Spanish would be a plus

- Organised, self-directed and efficient at work

- Able to set and maintain high standards of performance

- Committed and accountable for completing tasks successfully and independently
