N°1101-SG) per il proprio organico interno, per il Dipartimento Global corporate Sales ricerca una figura di Tender Specialist:

**Activities**:

The Global Bid & Tender Specialist will be placed in the Global Corporate Sales and Tender Office to actively support the Department by analysing and coordinating the administrative, technical and commercial aspects of the Tendering and Contract processes at international level.

This figure will handle the following activities:

Analysis of the tender conditions, in order to fully understand the bid requirements and the client's needs;

Contacts with Gi countries in order to get information requested by the bid;

Delivery and monitoring of the bid management to guarantee execution of the Gi Group international tender process in the deadlines provided and following the customer framework;

Collaboration and negotiation with HQ offices (with a specific focus for the Sales, Delivery and Legal Departments) to verify bid's administrative and technical issues;

Support the countries in cost and price calculation - checking alignment with the bid's requests;

Once the offer is sent to the client, he/she acts as a point of contact for the customer (together with the sales person in charge of the account) to provide further information and explanations;

Keeping all tender process paperwork up to date;

Creation and update of the Tenders' library, building a knowledge base of bids and tenders.

**Skills**:

Master Degree (Economics, Statistics, Law or Engineering);

Previous experience in Tender office or back office sales;

B2 level of English;

MS Office proficiency, with particular focus on Excel;

Result orientation, adaptability, leadership and analytical approach;

Good communication skills and capability to relate with different functions within the Group (national and international environment).
