**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Check with the Business Units of the tenders of interest

- Accurate analysis of the specifications

- Monitoring compliance with deadlines and the activities required of all the players involved, ensuring the execution of the tender in total safety

- Management of administrative, technical and economic documentation

- Updating company archives with a specific focus on awarding contracts Updating of contracts and preparation of documentation in the post-tender phase (additions, extensions, improvements, etc.

)

**About you**:

- Previous tender experience

- Excel proficient

- Knowledge of regional tender databases.
