Tenders & Contract Specialist (Specialista Gare Biomedicale)
A Snapshot of Your Day The Tender & Contract Specialist role's main purpose is: - handling of the whole tendering process (from pre-qualifications and participation phases to award) - contract management during the entire life cycle of the supply - submission of all pertinent RFQ and bids.
The position provides for both individual and teamwork, requires flexibility and ability to manage activities for priorities and for objectives, rigor and precision to guarantee the full meeting of deadlines and the compliance to internal procedures and pertinent laws.
How You'll Make an Impact Tender & Contract Specialist is in charge of: Tenders Management: download/upload tender documents via procurement portals.
Read and understand the tenders requirements.
Manage administrative documents, collate technical information, complete the economical offer as required by tender specs.
Check all mandatory approvals before the tender is submitted.
Submit the entire documentation in compliance with tenders requirements, meeting the final deadlines.
Set CSP and NDP prices in the system according to the contract.
Maintain Price database accurate and updated - RR Contract Management in the system: - Ensure the instruments are allocated correctly - Promptly update and maintain the contract data in the system - Invoice CPR and Lease/Service fees when applicable - Manage Return of RR instruments Manage all activities related to improvements, integrations, products swop during the entire contract life cycle Proactively check extensions and renewals, sending reminders to Commercial Teams and customers Undertake and complete RFQs /Expressions of Interest/Market Research submissions.
Apply and maintain subscription on customer "Suppliers Registers" Assist with the production of new documentation / Internal/External communications.
Maintain a library of frequently used documents and standard responses Liaise with colleagues and Supervisor to gather supportive data and works information Liaise with the Compliance Team and Commercial teams to meet overall targets What You Bring Experience in a similar role and industry Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Italian and proficiency in English.
Good computer literacy and presentation skills SFDC and SAP experience strongly desirable Knowledge of the life sciences and clinical diagnostics market desirable Degree level or similar educational qualification The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background and previous experience (min.
5 years) in C&T departments of multinational companies.
Environment/Working Conditions Location: the role is office-desk based in Segrate with remote working opportunities up to 2 days a week.
Involves reaching, sitting, standing, talking and hearing, close vision, and computer and telephone use.
Work is generally light.
Works in an office with noise levels typical of an office.
