Your mission that helps to make the logistics industry more sustainable**:

We are seeking a dedicated Terminal Support Specialist (M/F/d) to oversee and facilitate the efficient operation of our terminal facilities at our location in Domodossola. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance within our terminal operations. Your key responsibilities include:

- Monitor the check-in and check-out procedures for trailers and oversee their loading onto CargoBeamer wagons.

- Conduct inbound and outbound inspections, including documenting train movements.

- Inspect, maintain, and repair CargoBeamer wagons and equipment in accordance with regulatory standards.

- Handle complaints and manage the Cost of Poor Quality within the eLogistics system.

- Assist in ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely dispatching within the terminal operations.

- Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of terminal facilities, ensuring Service Level 1 standards are met.

- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, collaborating closely with the sales team.

- Ensure adherence to the weekly/monthly operational plans.

- Maintain compliance with regional standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies, including occupational health and safety and environmental protection.

- Perform administrative tasks and act as a substitute for the Terminal Manager when necessary.

**You should have**:

- Completion of technical training and several years of professional experience

- Basic knowledge of business administration

- Experience in rail traffic management (rail/transport background) is preferred

- Strong health and safety focus, ensuring the smooth running of the terminal

- Hands-on and flexible approach

- Proficiency in English and Italian
