Position SummaryWe are looking for a Territory Manager to develop sales in the North Italy area, specifically in Cuneo and Asti provinces.

You are an expert in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills.

A degree in agronomical science is required.

You will cooperate with the commercial team to define yearly objectives.

Develop existing business by increasing sales to current customers. Generate new business by finding new customers and building strong relationships with them. Build relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive sales. Collect market information to identify new sales opportunities or risks to revenue. Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Agronomy; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or agronomic roles, particularly in sales. Proficiency in specialty agriculture production practices. Knowledge of the assigned area. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Strong work ethic with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to build partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative attitude. Travel RequirementAbility to travel by car in the assigned area: 80%
