For our client, a multinational company leader in Automotive sectors, we are searching for a
**TERRITORY MANAGER
The resource, reporting to the Country Sales Manager, will be responsible for managing the commercial relations with the distributors and dealers within the areas of Padova and Bologna.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Develop retail finance programs as an integral part of the equipment selling process;
- Increase volumes, penetration and margin of the company in line with budget;
- Frequently visit customers, distributors and dealers within the assigned territory;
- Handle commercial relations with the company's distributors and dealers and increase sales of machines by developing successful financing programs;
- Establish and maintain a positive and constructive working relationship with the company's Distributors & Dealers;
- Constantly motivate, train and coach the company's distributors & dealers to pro-actively use finance as a sales tool;
- For complex deals negotiate directly with the customer the best possible terms for the company;
- Design, implement and follow-up joint marketing, sales incentive and promotional campaigns in agreement with Country Sales Manager;
- Report information about commercial and financial developments, prospective clients, existing clients, competitors and the market development.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of financial concepts and strong credit skills;
- Experience in the asset finance markets;
- Innovative approaches and solutions in respect of packaging finance products;
- Numerate and articulate, with professional presentation skills;
- Good level of knowledge of excel and power point;
- Good knowledge of English language.

- Client and result oriented, stress resistant and dynamic;
- Availability to travel (up to 50% of the time).
