We are looking for a **Territory Manager Campania / Puglia / Basilicata.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and grow all Cepheid business and coordinate all associated company activity within an assigned geography for both customer accounts and prospect accounts including, but not limited to, hospitals, private laboratories, and support of channel partners.
- Develop demand for, and adoption of, new assays and instrumentation.
You will be responsible for all communications between the customer and Cepheid personnel and for ensuring that new product implementations go smoothly.
- Cultivate strong working relationships throughout the hospital from administration to bench technicians.
- Manage contract compliance.
- Working closely with internal resources to develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies.
- Deliver presentations and proposals.
Host and assist with trade shows.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Master's degree in biology or medical related university degrees
- At least 5 years of experience on a **commercial role in MedTech or Pharma industry**:
- Able to being energized in a highly competitive market
- Self-motivating and able to successfully perform in his/her responsibilities with mínimal guidance
- **Fluent in business English**:
- **Travelling **across the region throughout the week
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Sales experience in the Molecular Diagnostics industry would be highly appreciated.
