Territory Manager Italy
Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Territory Manager for Italy, part of the EMEA Bose Professional Team.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for building and developing effective long-term relationships with an high level of satisfaction of Bose Pro Resellers.
Reporting to the Italian Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for business development of Bose Professional solutions in Installed, Portable Sound and Conferencing categories in Italy and as all the country.
The Territory Manager will execute global and local strategies to manage the territory.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Market development
- Expand Bose Professional's position with our resellers, Consultants, AV integrators, Distribution resellers and end users in the designated area.
- Identifying projects - creating and following up on leads and opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Developing projects by actively approaching end users, consultants, AV integrators and Distribution partners.
- Supporting our resellers in the sales process for larger projects.
Relationship management
- Build and maintain relationships with our Bose Professional resellers.
- Understand their needs and link them to product/service strategies.
- Optimal account and relationship management for the growth of our resellers.
- Supporting our resellers, our distribution routes and consultants with product knowledge and system design support.
Achievement objectives
- Achieving set sales targets and growth objectives
- Reporting activities and results in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Create and maintain account plans.
- Support trade shows and other lead generating activities.
Job requirements

Other function requirements are:
Higher education level thinking and working method; specialized in sales and account management.
3-6 years of experience in preferably technical products in project sales with demonstrable sales results.
Affinity with professional audio is an advantage
Experience with selling/advising high-quality solutions to end users.
See acquisition of projects and end users as a challenge.
Motivated and enthusiastic personality and team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
In possession of an Italian driving license (B)
3 travel days per week expected
