Territory Manager North Europe
Purpose of the role**:
Based on the sales guidelines received by the Regional Sales Manager Europe,
the Territory Manager North Europe is responsible for fostering, supporting and
coordinating Faster sales activities either directly to OEM customers or through
Distributors within the following country: Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, UK
and Ireland. .
This includes serving as the primary field liaison with customers in
order to guarantee the achievement of the sales targets in the aforementioned
countries.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Achieving sales results
within varied distribution channels through the development and implementation
of promotional programs, exhibitions, pricing policies, sales policies, support
tools, etc.

- Meet or exceed
territory-sales revenue budget through prospecting, selling and closing new and
existing projects and accounts;
- Develop the sales
strategy for the territory and shares market intelligence with the Marketing
team and internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the
sales team to assess opportunities, develop territory growth strategies, and
create forecast models;
- Direct responsibility
for negotiating customer prices and terms of business;
- Working with internal
team to ensure profitable sales;
- Managing and developing
existing accounts;
- Actively generating
leads and winning new business;
- Ensure full coverage of
geographical area through effective time management;
- Report
weekly/monthly/quarterly to update on selling, customer and territory activity,
market trends, growth strategies and competition:
- Help the Regional Sales
Mgr.
to prepare an annual sales budget valid for the territory;
- Support new customers
during their start-up period, including training, sales direction, and
familiarization with Faster processes and strategies;
- Help Leverage sales
support functions e. g.
for special pricing requests, trial and sample orders,
recommendation of alternative products.
**Requirements**:
- This role is home-based
in Rivolta d¿Adda;
- University degree or
equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum of 5 years¿
experience in a similar role preferably in the Hydraulic Hose & Fittings market;
- Highly developed sales
skills;
- Extremely customer
focused with the ability to initiate actions to accommodate customer
requirements;
- Ability to communicate
effectively to upper management for making decisions;
- Excellent initiative
& interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally;
- Good analytical and
problem-solving skills with excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation;
- Ability to map domain
specific data to business requirements in interactive reporting capabilities;
- Fluency in English;
Knowledge of Swedish or Finnish language shall be considered as an asset;
- Willingness to travel
regularly to all countries within Northern Europe.
