Jefferson Wells is looking for a  TERRITORY MANAGER TRIVENETO (Pharma & Pharmacy Portfolio) The TM will oversee all the activities in the assigned territory, ensuring collaboration and synergies among figures.

Highly skilled in analytics and data interpretation, He /She will be reporting to Commercial Director, having main interfaces with:  Marketing, Medical Affairs & Regulatory, Finance, Data&Digital Business Operations.

Main activities and contents: Develop an advanced knowledge of the specificity of the area and related stakeholders (pharmacist, specialist, doctor, GPs doctor, consumer), develop positive and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, especially with pharmacy- players and KOLs; Manage and act as P&L responsible of the specific territor both in terms of revenues and OpEx, supervising all activities (investments) in the assigned territory; Drive commercial actions at point of sales in compliance with law and ordinary/regular commercial policies, supporting Company priority brands; Leverage on analytics and data interpretation to take investment decisions, according to a dynamic resources allocation model: starting from market/stakeholders insights, prioritize the initiatives based on the expected impacts.

Then deply the selected actions on field; Monitor the results against expectations of actions undertaken, keeping trace of the impact through proper sets of KPI.

Drive learning from market experience and turn them into new insights; Leverage digital tools and omnichannel approach to maximize business opportunities and stakeholders interactions; Ensure collaborations and synergies among all the different resources operating in the assigned territories (sales reps, agents, pharmacy trainers) according to the different roles and skills of the resources involved; Ensure the development and the monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness activities; Track record of successful launches and product sales update; Manage assigned human resources in terms of role, competences and training development, ensuring a continuous monitoring of performance evaluation.
