All the while building a successful career, with real purpose. We are recruiting a Territory Manager in Veneto (Padova, Vicenza, Verona) for our Wound Care division. What you'll do:Further strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively working on developing new business. Identify and resolve customer problems through contact with the customer service department. Master product portfolio, value proposition, and product technical features in order to effectively sell them to customers. Guarantee a solid knowledge of competition (strengths and weaknesses) to use this information for commercial purposes, maximizing sales and preserving profitability. Master and manage the whole Tender process from the pre-tender to the post-tender stage, involving relevant functions (Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Clinical Specialist, Customer Service, IT, Logistics) at appropriate times. Use and update CRMs daily, ensuring proper project tracking and constant system alignment to the actual work progress status. What you'll need:A track record of success in commercial and/or clinical roles within a multinational organization, coupled with expertise regarding clients in the Veneto and Alto Adige region. Deep knowledge of medical devices sales; Wound care or Orthopedic experience is a plus. Preferably a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. Business fluent in Italian and a good level of English. Good knowledge of the office package and strong analytical skills.
