Territory Sales (3+ yrs commercial construction sales exp. req. ) Location: must live within the territory, preferably in Arizona Territory: Southwest (AZ, UT, NV, CO) + Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota Salary: $60, 000 base + Quarterly Commission (1st yr OTE $100k+) + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (eligible Day 1), Life, 401(k) w/match, PTO, Holidays Job Type: Full-Time Travel: 50% (2 wks/mo within the greater territory, 1 wk/mo local travel, 1 wk/mo planning from home office) Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Description Our client, a leader in the commercial and architectural structures industry, is looking for a Territory Salesperson to expand its market presence in the Southwest to Midwest region of the US. In this role, you will develop strategies to grow relationships with architectural firms and secure new business opportunities. Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of commercial construction or architectural sales experience, including outside sales, with the ability to understand and read construction drawings and blueprints. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to increase market shareBuild relationships with architects and decision-makers to drive new businessProspect for new clients and nurture existing relationshipsPrepare forecasts and action plans to meet market goalsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunitiesParticipate in trade shows to expand market visibilityManage sales data and ensure accuracy within CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to drive projects to completion Qualifications Bachelor's degree required3+ years of commercial construction or architectural sales experience requiredOutside sales experience requiredAbility to understand and read construction drawings and blueprints requiredProficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat requiredValid driver's license requiredWillingness to travel 50% of the time required
