YOUR ROLE Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with existing clients in the automotive aftermarket sector, driving the promotion and sale of TEROSON and LOCTITE products Identify and establish relationships with new partners, managing the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing Deliver impactful, hands-on training sessions to clients' sales teams to enhance product knowledge and engagement Showcase TEROSON and LOCTITE products through hands-on demonstrations, highlighting their advantages and outperforming the competition Monitor performance metrics, strive to exceed assigned sales targets, and deliver measurable results Develop and implement initiatives to maximize success rates and identify new sales opportunities Work closely with the other departments to create synergies that drive optimal outcomes Champion the company's strategy, values, and culture while applying best practices in every aspect of the role YOUR SKILLS Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Equivalent experience will also be considered Proven experience in a technical sales role (3+ years) Background in the automotive aftermarket sector is highly valued Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and analyze market opportunities Excellent negotiation skills, proactive mindset, team-oriented attitude, and exceptional communication abilities Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Location in Triveneto is highly appreciated At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
