Territory Sales Manager Central-South Italy Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Territory Sales Manager based in Central South of Italy to join itsCommercial EMEA organisation.
As a member of the Ansell Commercial EMEA organisation, the Territory Sales Manager will be vital in promoting and selling Ansell's products and services to achieve or exceed targeted sales within the assigned territory.

What will your role be?
Working in collaboration with our Italian Sales team, and reporting to the Area Sales Manager you will:
Analyse, formulate, and implement Ansell's end-user and distributors' business to reach targeted revenue Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansell's business Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies Prepare sales plans and goals Establish and maintain partnership with customers and colleagues Monitor performance of distribution partners to increase profitability Train distributor team in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes Guide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell's marketing and sales programs Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Demonstrated experience in B2B or Industry sales Demonstrated selling/channel experience in consultative selling Expert analytical skills in managing data across multiple sources Budget and reporting experience Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Fluency in English Strong alignment with Ansell Values: Whatever you do, take PRIDE: Passion Reliable Integrity Deliver Empowerment This role requires frequent domestic/ international travel.
