Territory Sales Manager Central-South Italy Ansell is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Territory Sales Manager based in Central South of Italy to join itsCommercial EMEA organisation. As a member of the Ansell Commercial EMEA organisation, the Territory Sales Manager will be vital in promoting and selling Ansell's products and services to achieve or exceed targeted sales within the assigned territory.

What will your role be? Working in collaboration with our Italian Sales team, and reporting to the Area Sales Manager you will:
Analyse, formulate, and implement Ansell's end-user and distributors' business to reach targeted revenueIdentify new business opportunities to grow Ansell's businessSurvey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategiesPrepare sales plans and goalsEstablish and maintain partnership with customers and colleaguesMonitor performance of distribution partners to increase profitabilityTrain distributor team in Ansell-specific knowledge and processesGuide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell's marketing and sales programsDevelop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts. What will you bring to Ansell? Demonstrated experience in B2B or Industry salesDemonstrated selling/channel experience in consultative sellingExpert analytical skills in managing data across multiple sourcesBudget and reporting experienceKnowledge of CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerpointFluency in EnglishStrong alignment with Ansell Values:Whatever you do, take PRIDE: PassionReliableIntegrityDeliverEmpowermentThis role requires frequent domestic/ international travel.
