Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior management to influence and shape business decisions. Fully manage the income statement and balance sheet for France and Benelux. Proactively implement scenario plans to respond quickly to changing business dynamics. Ensure full transparency of financial performance.

Lead and provide financial advice for the business planning process for the region, which includes the detailed annual Business Plan as well as official quarterly updates and latest year-end estimates. Optimize accounting and reporting processes by considering SOX compliance and internal controls. QualificationsFluency in English and French.

Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in times of change.

University degree, MBA (preferred but not essential) and recognized financial professional qualifications.

International and multi-sector experience preferred.
