Our client is a historic multinational in the automotive sector.

We are looking for a:

TEST ENGINEERIdeally, the candidate is passionate about Automotive and/or science, has gained experience (from 2 to 4 years) in the Testing Area or in the Industrialization Area, and aims to acquire knowledge and technical skills in Testing & Validation of electronic devices in an international company.

A B2 English level is required.

The candidate should hold an MEng, MSc (or equivalent) in Engineering.

Specialization in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:Have experience with Water and/or Oil Pump Test Rigs. Have hands-on experience in design and self-build small tests. Be familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 16750, ISO 20653, or any OEMs Testing Specifications. Develop and perform Test Procedures and metrics against system requirements and industry state-of-the-art practices and standards. Support investigation into failures of prototypes and initiate corrective action. Define measurement chains and simple test rigs layout/processes to perform defined Test Procedures. Work concurrently with the design engineers to provide design for testability (DFT) feedback throughout the design process. Manage external test labs for electrical, EMC, and Environmental testing. Support the Testing Team in defining DAQ and Sensors correct choices and procurements. Experience with system level design including circuit design, system bring-up, integration, and debugging. Experience developing robust designs for ESD/EMI immunities and RF de-sensitization. Experience with reviewing hardware designs to define test procedures. Ability to code brief scripts to automate test routines, preferably in Python. Good knowledge of vehicle bus systems such as CAN, Ethernet, and residual bus simulation such as CANoe or CAN/LIN Peak logger. Confident in Data Analysis with Post-Processing skills (MATLAB, LabVIEW, etc). Naturally prone to produce conclusive Test Reports for any activities. Location: Province of Brescia (Nord)

Salary package: from 40, 000 € to 45, 000 €.
