**Test Measurement Leader**:

**Purpose of the Job

The Role is to use and manage available resources (human and material) to realize, in the respect of EHS directives, dedicated test set up on railway vehicles and perform the related test activities on line.

**Organisational Reporting

The person will report to Test Dept.

Manager.

**Objectives

- Definition and construction of test set-up to perform the required test activity.

- Management of test instrumentation and acquisition/analysis devices used for test set-up.

- Management and Execution of the required test activity.

- Management of EHS problems relevant to performed instrumentation and test activities.

- Management of personnel participating to test set-up construction and test activities.

- Execution of low level and high level data analysis for evaluation of test results.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The role has the responsibility to assure functionality of the required test set-up within constraint of agreed cost resource.

**Educational Requirements

Minimum technician degree.

**Experience

- Experience in managing physical parameter measurement technique.

- Experience in the definition and construction of test set-up.

- Experience of test instrumentation for signal acquisition and analysis.

- Experience in the use of Personal Computer in Windows ambient.

- Experience in management of blue collar personnel.

- Experience in EHS problems management.
