**About the Role
The E-commerce SW Engineer will lead the design and development for a new divisional product dedicated to the E-Commerce market within Coesia.
He/she will be part of a team responsible to guide, in connection with local R&D and Engineering teams across the division, the control system & HMI development for automatic packaging solutions and logistics plants.
The SW Engineer will be part of a brand-new team and will be directly reporting to the Technical Project Leader.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing all the technical aspects related to the project with an end-to-end approach, including validation and testing phase
- Developing the internal know-how on machinery dedicated to the E-Commerce market
- Managing external consultants dedicated to the project
- Supervising the entire SW project once validated, becoming the reference point of the product
- Being the main stakeholder of the global e-commerce project within the group
**What You Need to Be Successful
- 3/5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce machineries' design
- Master's degree in automation engineering
- Good knowledge of HMI and PLC programming
- Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral
- Strong aptitude for creating and reinforcing interpersonal relationships
- Personal drive and result oriented
- Effective communication skills to easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders
