JOB MISSION

To support the performance of new products and the improvement of existing products, empower hairdressers by developing new sustainable and ethical products that drive the growth of the Davines business, showcase the hairdressers' craft, and take care for the environment.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the team of Test Space Specialists in the daily activities of:

Test space daily planning meeting

Welcome the models of Test Space

Participate in the test plan for each test model

Support models in the test preparation for services

Colour applications / permanent / demi / semi

Bleaching / balayage / highlights

Perm / Straightener

Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Treatment applications

Styling product applications

Blow drying and finishing hair

Manage the appointment booking systems

Telephone/ digital diary/ digital client record card

Manage data capturing of test results daily

Manage entry of Lab test formulas daily

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Qualified hairdressing certification with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Be confident in all service applications as stated in above duties and key responsibilities.

Deep and concrete attitude for human contacts and teamwork, with excellent communication skills.

Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes.

Passion for hair.

Fluent in English.
