**Testing Data Analyst - Issue tracking
The purpose of this activity is to manage process and eliminate complaints from various sources during the vehicle validation process.
To reach this target the following steps have to be achieved:
- Complaint creation and pre-analysis of the complaints;
- Transfer of the complaint to the responsible department;
- Ticket processing and verification
- Completion of the ticket
- Escalation of a complaint
