Manage the Operations Team to define a strategic road map for all the departments Define the production activities according to the type of product, cost required, expected volume and timing of design/production Effective collaboration with the President & CEO by implementing industrial strategy Able to build Industrial P&L (forecast, budget, analysis, final balance) Super visioning products specifications, developing prototypes and driving the product development process Verify the product definition and relative target industrial cost according to the guidelines Drive efficiency and continuous improvement projects Ensure and monitoring with the Quality Manager the high level of quality and reduce the quality cost accordingly Manage the process of materials research and product development, from the prototype to the production of samples Organize the development of new products together with the product development office Approve the price lists together with Merchandising and Finance Manage the research of new suppliers with the Purchasing Manager Program internal production departments Production process management, internal and external Quality control of raw materials and finished product (with the team dedicated) Verify industrial organization process Improvement/organizational redefinition of the industrial area Drive the improvement of operational KPIs for areas like cost control, waste reduction, quality, productivity, safety and on-time delivery Define, if necessary, new production lay-out functional to the production process Organize CQ area and define specifications and standards Check the implementation of best-practise for the production technology Create and maintain culture of environment, health and safety providing overall strategies to ensure employees and the environment are continuouslyprotected Be connected with the different functional teams in Italy (Villaverla ?

New/Existing Plants) Required Skills and Competences Deep understanding of the metal /components business Ability to integrate and lead across various group of people, in operational, development and commercial roles Strategy overview Strong analytical skills Understand priorities and challenges Lead regular site leadership meetings and organize communication to all site employees in alignment with Group Policies Required experience 10- years of experience in industrial organization, most of them in leadership roles (as Plant Director, Operations Director, Industrial Manager) International experience inside structured multinational companies Industrial/Manufacturing background Previous experience lived/spent abroad-foreign countries (preferably in Asia) Successful track record in operation/plant management Significant experience in leading different organizations to perform efficiently Track record of prudent cost management Able to interpret P&L Educational and Languages University degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent Languages:
