Offer DescriptionThe research aims to examine the role of digital transformation and AI applications in the innovation of organisational models and public activities for risk management, reconfiguring the related responsibilities of organisations and public officials.

Digital technologies allow the adoption of effective measures for the detection, monitoring and mitigation of risks, with new ways of attributing administrative acts, including automated ones, with an evolution of the responsibilities of the apparatus in the digital perspective, as well as of the public officials who act in violation of the rules.

The research will examine how these changes in the various sectors of administrative activity (contracts, public services, land management, health) require new organisational and performance parameters to be integrated into digital risk management systems (including insurance tools) to correctly manage the flow of compensation, avoiding duplication and distorting and defensive effects.
