The position refers to the management of helicopters airworthiness in a military environmentActivity scopeService Engineering Military fleetsCustomer Support & Services ItalyType of contractFull time permanent contractWork locationMain activitiesSupport the Service Engineering team for technical issues reported by the in-service fleetProvide resolution of technical issues through dedicated troubleshooting analysis and preparation of the applicable documentationSupport the Service Engineering team on Occurrence Report treatment and/or "Segnalazione Inconveniente" treatment by preparing the needed documentation and support on investigation and technical analysisSupport the front office personnel (e. g.
with Engineering assessments and data analysis) which is focused on Customer needs managementCoordination of activities in close and frequent contact with the Part 145 office and with direct relation to maintenance activitiesSpecific activitiesWork order preparation at explicit customer requestSupport to maintenance planningASM/CSM support for checking fleet configuration for retrofit or similar activitiesPrerequisitesKnowledge of airworthiness procedures and rulesKnowledge of aeronautical regulations (EASA Part M and/or AER (Armaereo))Human factor and Armaero regulation training course certificateExcellent knowledge of English language (all deliverables shall be in English language)Excellent knowledge of Italian language (mother tongue)Experience in the aerospace/aviation industrial sectorExcellent knowledge of technical drawing and documentationExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access)Other preferred requisitesFamiliarity with military environment and organizationManufacturing Engineering experience is optional but desiredProactivity and self-motivationKnowledge of major continuing airworthiness software tools (Amos, Camp, Silef/Silad, . . . )Organizational and analytical skillsStrong problem solving skills and ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approachesAbility to build collaborative working relationships and work in a team-based environmentExperience in customer relationship managementPunctuality and precision in managing the activities required in the roleContinuous learning and improvement mindsetContinuity and reliability of workSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
