Job overview

The massage therapist administers professional massage or any other body treatments for our guests including facial. Waxing, manicure and pedicure is a plus!. They must have thourought knowledge of numeros massage modalities and they will be train to use our protocols, products and steps. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn our products and services knowledge to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guest.

They must maintain a current license to work under Italian law.

General reposabilities

- Be on time to your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropiate time allowed for the service

- Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordace with spa protocols

- Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns

- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the spa

- Properly care for equipment and use proper the amount of product to assist with cost controls

- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered

- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa's policies and procedures

- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock rooms as required

- Communicate to the management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention

- Actively promot the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as memberships, promotions

- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision

- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work enviroment

- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa

- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management

Job Qualifications

Education

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must hold and maintain a current license that allowed you to work in Italy

Experience

- Should be trained in some or all of the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Hot stones, Reflexology , Shiatsu, Sport Massage, Prenatal massage and Reiki

- Minimum 2 years experience in an upscale spa evironment

- Must have enthusiasmand possess excellent customer service skills

- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality

- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic Pc knowledge

- Must be a team player

- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication in English and Italian, other languages are a bonus.

- Experience as a beauty, hairdresser, pedicure and manicure is a plus

- This is a full time permanent role and includes great benefits such as salary and bonus

Full training will be given.

This role is based in Milan for minimum 2 year contract.

Salary is 1. 200 € per month.
