Therapy Specialist Structural Intervention
The Opportunity

The therapy specialist provides technical & clinical support to customers.
Specifically, you will:
To gain specific knowledge of products/therapies and become clinical/product expertTo attend and support cases in the accountsActively implements and executes on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory, proper technical/clinical support to the customer, distributorsTo interact with physicians, their assistants, and hospital education staff to support procedures and answer clinical questions related to productsDevelop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilize key customer networksAssist with product marketing and launchesTo participate in local and sometimes international workshops and congressesTo prepare and maintain the equipment needed to organize wet labs and trainingProvide technical support information to public tender and customer service departments when requiredRepresent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrityTo follow-up on all standing Regulatory and Quality proceduresTo report on business progress and customer feed-backCollect and analyze market data and trace competitor's marketing and sales activitiesEnsure maintenance of company property/assetsQUALIFICATIONS:
University degree as a Perfusionist or similarWorking experience in structural heart or cardiovascular field preferredGood knowledge of English, both written and verbal in addition to Italian fluencyGood communication skills and be a sound ethical characterTeam and solution oriented with the customer needs as a driverCustomer focused, and service mindedGeographical Scope : Northern Italy (preference Milan)
