**About us

The Thermo-mechanical Design Processing, Navigation & Power Products group is in charge of the thermal and mechanical design, development and qualification of on-board equipment devoted to radio-communication and including:

- TT&C (Telemetry, Tracking & Command) Transponder for Interplanetary missions

- TT&C Transponder for Secure communication

- TT&C Transmitter for GEO missions

- TT&C Transceiver for Constellation

- Digital Payload for Telecommunication operating in UHF, SHF and Ka-band

- Digital Processor for Anti-jamming

- Digital Processor for Navigation Signal

**About the job

The role implies the following activities and tasks:

- 3D Mechanical and Thermal design of complex mechanical system

- Preliminary sizing of primary, secondary and tertiary mechanical items

- 2D drafting of mechanical parts and assemblies

- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing of mechanical parts and assemblies based on ASME Y14. 5 GD&T Standard

- Front-end with internal and external suppliers and workshops

**About You

Education and experience

You have a high school graduation in mechanical science at least, Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Aeronautic, Aerospace or Mechanic Engineering are a preferred, with explicit focus on structures and materials.

You are fluent in English listening, reading and writing.

Skills and knowledge

You have a demonstrable knowledge of:

- 3D CAD modelisation in CATIA (preferred) or similar tools

- 2D drafting

- Tolerances chain analysis

- Fundamentals of Product tree management and product life cycle

Personal ability

- Customer focused, proactive attitude

- Organized and methodical approach to the work with strong communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, to work autonomously and in team

- Strong attitude to achieve results within time and cost constraints
