FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Italia spa, In-house division, is searching a Thermo-Mechanical Engineer for a customer company in the aerospace industry. ResponsabilitàThe resource will be part of the team that manage the preparation and execution of thermal test ( thermal balance/vacuum, thermal cycling, life test) to be performed in AIT test center and focal point for specific program assigned to them.

In detail the resource will be assigned the following tasks:

Perform Pre/post-test requirements verification, support to AIV plan definition, testability requirement definition

Manage Thermal HW Procurement

Support technical office to Thermal test Special Equipment design and Procurement

Manage Set-up and Thermal Test design/ Test procedures and reporting

Support to Facility Engineering in anomalies resolution of Test Means

Plan and keep updated overall test operations (set-up/test/set down) in terms of activities and resources

Manage NCR's relevant to theThermal set-up & Test Article Control

CATIA Test configuration set up drawings analysis

Support the technical definition on Proposals for bidding, R&D/Competitiveness Projects and Investments

Test team coordination

Test Program interface

Good knowledge of thermal test facilities (thermal vacuum, climatic and baric chambers, cryogenic systems)

Good knowledge of SW control, acquisition and post processing

Good knowledge of thermal HW used for test ( thermocouples, test heaters, MLI)

Good knowledge of Importante Azienda system and SSs

Good knowledge of standard ECSS

Ability to work with customer and supplier
