**We are looking for different thesis internships in various areas**:

- **FORWARD FACTORY **| accelerating startups for digital manufacturing:

**4 THESIS **will be focused on **FORWARD FACTORY STARTUPS acceleration activities**.

Each student will be assigned to 2-3 startups, learning and delivering specific activities to

- support startups in their technology and business journey, to maximize the value creation from acceleration program

- orchestrate interaction between startups and manufacturing corporates partners, to facilitate execution of POC project

- act as interface between startups and GELLIFY team, to build and drive the program

**1 THESIS will be focused on the design and development of FORWARD FACTORY accelerator initiative, with the purpose to

- understand the industrial contest and reinforce positioning of the initiative

- identify areas for future development and design new modules for acceleration program

- ** LE VILLAGE BY CA **| enabling innovation ecosystems

**1 THESIS **will be focused on **LE VILLAGE program for CORPORATES.

**Each student will design and deploy

- business matching events to make corporates meetinnovative startups

- Technology workshops, to drive corporates in the design of new innovation roadmaps, inspired by startups solutions.

**1 THESIS **will be focused on **LE VILLAGE program for STARTUPS.

**Each student will design and deploy

- Pitches events

- Mentorship programs

- **PHYGITAL HUB** | building a showcase of startups technologies

**2 THESIS are available, focused on digital technologies from innovative scaleups**.

Each student will be assigned to 2-3 startups, learning and delivering specific activities to

- identify innovative use cases that leverage startup tech

- design format to "tell the story" highlighting distinctive elements

- Collect required data to prepare the tech island

- Implement the case in Hub space

- **GELLIFY ECOSYSTEMS **| investment models to boost innovation

**3 THESIS are available, focused on **different ecosystems players.

Each student will be assigned to a different typology of ecosystem player, in order to

- understand the potential value creation model derived from the collaboration between GELLIFY and the selected partner

- Define the criteria to identify and select the proper partners

- design partnership format and rules to drive the ecosystem building activities

- support the execution of the key actions to make partnership happen

- **PHYGITAL OPERATIONS** | building the industry 4. 0 offering

**2 Thesis** are available, working in coordination on two workstreams.

- a) Consolidate and reinforce the Phygital Operations offering, by:

- reviewing the key focus areas to include inside the operational value chain, focusing on manufacturing & supply chain

- integrating the manufacturing & supply chain sub-offerings, in order to create a coherent modular solution

- analyzing the key differentiators of GELLIFY when compared to the consultancy competitors

- b) Analyze manufacturing & supply chain startup products to:

- map their functionalities, technical architecture and business model

- benchmark them against the competitors

- select the best fitting for the Phygital Operations offering, in order to embed them in the solutions portfolio

**Education**:

- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

- Good command of English

- Good knowledge of Microsoft

**Location**:Bologna.

Attendance to some meetings in Bologna is mandatory, although for the rest of the internship, we are flexible.
