Team Intro
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.
With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
This role is based in our Milan office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for key business results including number of creators at different levels, creator content engagement and long-term retention/sustainable growth
- Work with leads, acquisition, education teams to identify, attract and incubate more quality and diverse new creators to grow and ready for further growth
- Initiate and launch efficient, cost effective programs, content strategies, activations or incentive strategies to incentivise and engage creators to gain performance growth
- Design and implement creator and partner education programs to equip creators and partners with enough skillsets and know-hows on becoming successful leveraging Affiliate Service on TikTok
- Work closely with category teams to build impactful and valuable showcases and amplify them to drive positive awareness among partners
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, self-driven and collaborative team
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Experience of commerce or user-facing, affiliate product design, affiliate program operation; scale creator/user/partners growth or mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator agency side is highly preferred
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs
- Fluency in English in both written and spoken form
