Time And Methods Engineer (Leathergoods)
About the role: The recruited person will play a key role in the development of Maison's Industrial strategy on Leathergoods, working closely with LG Industrial Director on the transition to façon for LLG/MLG/SLG and managing relations with internal teams (Product Development, Technical Team and Industrialization) and external manufacturers.
He/she will be involved in continuous improvement projects, acting as the main interlocutor on the basis of his/her experience.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will be in charge of: - construction of the façon sheet for individual products in the leathergoods category; - recording the timing of each production stage (cutting, preparation, assembly etc. )
in the workshop or at manufacturers' premises; - updating façon sheet on the basis of revisions required by industrialization team; - activly participating in new product development and process engineering, providing feedback on time recorded and suggesting improvement actions; - identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects; HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- 3-5 years of experience as Time & Methods/Process Engineer within Fashion& Luxury Industry - Degree in Management Engineering/Economics or equivalent - Proven knowledge in Lean Manufacturing - Knowledge of bag-making methods - Mastery of Excel; - Good English Level; - You are a flexible, proactive person who strives for excellence and problem-solving in an autonomous and goal-focused approach - Availability to move frequently between Florence and Milan during the week WHAT WE OFFER - Learning & Development Opportunities - Flexible entry time - Welfare - Ticket Restaurant We look for curious people, free spirited and determined, who want to be part of the Chloé Family.
