YellowSquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities.

We are looking for an open-minded young mind, able to add some flavour to our Yellow vibe as a Customer Service Assistant to manage customer queries, reviews, and complaints.

You will also be asked to create, modify, and update reservations, answer reviews, and distribute information between our structures, working always next to a supervisor who will guide you through the different scenarios.

Requirements:

Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;Flexibility: working time and hours;Excellence in customer service;Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian. Internship Details:

Stage - Internship 3 - 6 months, Full time 40h, 800 euro.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months.
