Job Description:Main Objective: to support our customer in demanding railway/automotive/industrial automation/robotics functional safety projects in Italy and worldwide.

Conduct functional Safety Assessment according to ISO 26262, CENELEC EN 50128, IEC 61508, EN 50716 and related standardsKeep abreast of new functional safety standards and developments in functional safety practices and technologiesConduct SW-SW and HW-SW Functional Safety Testing using certified and validated toolchains and calibrated measuring instrumentsAssess architecture specification, electrical/electronic diagrams and schematicsDraw up assessment reportsDefine requirements allocation and specificationsAssess traceability and compliance to functional, performance, safety (etc) requirements provided by the customers and internal stakeholdersVerify and Validate according to Standards and internal proceduresConduct national and international research projects for autonomous vehicles / railway controller and interlocking and autonomous robotsEducational / Professional Qualifications:Studies in either electronic engineering, telecommunication engineering, physics or similar sciences with confirmed analytical competencesExperience in SW/FW coding and preferably C language and PLC-based language (IEC 61131-3)Experience with the use of measuring instruments and ability in reading schematics (electrical/electronic) and PCB Soft CompetencesOther Requirements:2 years experience in industry sector, preferably in functional safety domainDynamic and self-starting personalityWilling to manage relationships in a growing projectExcellent communication skills in EnglishReady to work in a dynamic environment with a spirit of entrepreneurshipCurious, passionate, ready to grow and acquire new competencesAvailable to travel to our Testing Lab in Alessandria, and also to Customer premises, when the business requires it
