Improve the user experience of those who need to be trained by designing new Digital Learning experiences and creating more effective and appealing solutions.

Join our teams, and participate in the change by:

- Defining the training process to transmit new skills in innovative ways and increase learning effectiveness by leveraging on digital marketing and communications artefacts

- Organising digital end-to-end courses, starting with the content and training methods selection

- Designing exciting, fun and social learning experiences by ensuring personalization, interaction and gamification as key ingredients to boost high learners' retention

- Managing the customer's needs and coordinating the production team to create video and text content, etc.
