**Job description**:In this role you will be responsible for**:
Responsible for the Region of Italy, Austria and Hungary (Tooling Coordinator Verona/Italy)
Coordinate all inbound and outbound flows for tools, manage and track tooling
Manage inbound packing list and create all shipping documents
Manage Invoicing process and reporting
Responsible for scheduling, work planning and equipment
Visual inspection of specialized kits that come from the sites to determine that everything is there and replace parts as necessary
Track calibration and inspection status of measurement devices and critical components, ensure devices to be inspected in time
Proactively investigate market to establish the best setup before needing it, evaluate tooling gaps and ensure to close them
Include new tooling in system to enable tracking
Keep tooling system clean and accurate
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed.
Monitor each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed.
Maintain housekeeping of Warehouse to meet EHS standards
Interface regularly with HQ shop to align on processes and strategy
**Required profile**:Your profile**:
High School Diploma with technical background
At least 4 years of experience in logistics, preferably spare parts & tools
At least 2 years in a leadership or project leadership roles (managing a shop and/or a warehouse), with strong and direct Customer focus
Demonstrated oral and written English and Italian
Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time
Prior experience in managing change, implementation of new processes
Strong problem solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
Ability to lead and direct multi-functional teams
Ability to work in high stress situations
Strong negotiation skills
Strong planning / program management skills with forecasting capabilities
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
