Webuild is looking for a **Total Rewards and Mobility Policies Intern**, to be based in Milan.
The internship, which is aimed at being hired, will last 6 months and include an allowance of 800€, as well as free access to the company canteen.
**Main activities
Under the supervision of the company tutor, the intern will be involved in the following activities:
- **Executive Compensation**: support in the collection and analysis of data for the annual remuneration policy report, in line with regulations for listed companies;
- **Incentive systems**: support in the management (start-up, monitoring and reporting) of short-term (STI) and long-term (LTI) variable remuneration systems, both monetary and equity, ensuring alignment with the performance management model;
- **Budget and Remuneration Policy Guidelines**: support in carrying out the annual remuneration policy process, with updating of guidelines and verification of consistency between managerial proposals, guidelines and available budget;
- **Remuneration analyses**: assessment of internal and external equity, considering the job evaluation and banding model.
Support in the definition of economic proposals for internal hirings and movements, based on company and market benchmarks, CCNL and mobility policy;
- **Remuneration data management and external surveys**: maintenance of the complete remuneration database, participation in industry remuneration surveys and response to ESG evaluation questionnaires from rating agencies;
- **Benefits**: support in the management of policies related to benefits such as car, housing, insurance and pension;
- **Strategic communication**: creation of working material to communicate remuneration analyses and proposals effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in economics and social disciplines.
A Master's degree in Human Resources is appreciated;
- Good analytical skills;
- Fluent knowledge of English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
- Positive and collaborative attitude, open to listening and eagerness to learn.
