What you will do
For the Human Resources Department of Haier Europe HQ based in Brugherio (MB), we are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist motivated to:
- Deliver the Total Rewards strategy across the region, ensuring the implementation in the countries from a design, communication and accounting perspective;
- Be a change agent to streamline the digitalization of total rewards processes;
- Perform compensation analysis and reporting that can support the business in making strategic decisions for the Company;
- Manage and monitor short term incentives (MBO) at HQ & Italy level, ensuring the assignment of harmonized KPIs, the accurate calculation of related payout and the delivery of payment statements;
- Support the implementation of the new MBO tool in HQ and in the countries engaging people managers and all the key stakeholders involved;
- Manage at 360° the Haier Europe Pay Planning and Performance Management processes, both from a project management and delivery perspective, leveraging on our HCM system and partnering with HRBPs and HR Country leaders;
- Train HQ, Country Managers and Italy employees on total rewards processes and tools;
- Perform analysis on banding, position weighing and classification to ensure alignment across the region, together with benchmark analysis (market data, market pricing) to develop pay ranges;
- Partner with HRIS to develop and maintain a structured auditing process to ensure job mapping and compensation accuracy in HR systems and tools;
- Support HRBPs in the definition of compensation packages for internal development opportunities (e. g.
job promotion, lateral moves) ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness;
- Ensure, through the definition of competitive and innovative Total Rewarding policies, that the remuneration structure reflects the external labour market and respects internal equity;
- Develop a new benefits program and support the review of rewarding plans and benefits agreements in the countries to ensure alignment and competitiveness
What you need to succeed
- 2 years of experience in medium/large multinational companies.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Digital-savvy
- Results-driven and open-minded
- Passionate about total rewards
