RomaThe role will be primarily responsible for planning developing and implementing luxury tour and experiences for clients of the company.

Qualitative analysis of the territories and itineraries proposalContribute to the preparation of the program, in line with the budget prepared by CFO, Industrial PMO and Hospitality. Ensure the planning of the tests and participates to the realization to evaluate the quality and applicability of the experiences.

Interfaces with relevant Functions for verification of tests Importante Azienda by other DMCsTransfer itineraries to the Planning CoordinatorTransfer all relevant data and info to MD, MKTG Director and CFOManaging tour budget and otherfinancesPromoting and selling tour packageOrganizing and attending tour events and exhibitionsRequisiti:

Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

At least 5 years of work experience as a Product and experience manager in DMC

Highly motivated and professional individual

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Good networking and problem-solving skills

Comfortable managing high-budget tours.

Ability to handle stressful situations

A team player and ability to work independently

Ability to work for flexible hours and on weekends

Ability to offer excellent customer service
