**About us**:

AR TOUR is an innovative startup with a mission to use technology to enhance the enjoyment of cultural assets.

We provide guided tours using 3D glasses with fully transparent lenses and augmented reality capabilities.

Our 3D eyewear is equipped with patented innovative software that allows the projection of holograms and 3D animations, enabling real-time reconstruction of archaeological ruins and showcasing architectural elements that have changed over time.

Currently, we offer Augmented Reality Tours at the Archaeological Sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, as well as at the Archaeological Museum of Naples.

Who we are looking for:

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead tours in Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples.

- Provide technical support and assistance to visitors in using the augmented reality glasses during tours.

- Ensure proper functioning of the eyewear and resolve any technical issues.

- Manage operational tasks, including visitor registration.

- Interact with customers and address their questions, concerns, and needs in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide informative and engaging commentary about the history, culture, and attractions of each destination.

- Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all tour participants throughout the journey.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalised attention.

- Resolve any problems or difficulties that may arise during the tour in a timely and effective manner.

- Request and encourage customers to provide reviews, aiming for the highest possible rating.

- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance the company's reputation and encourage repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English, French and Spanish **with excellent verbal communication skills

- proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- A degree in languages or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex situations.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work well in a team.

- Ability to engage and captivate audiences of varying backgrounds and age groups.

- Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure smooth operation of tours.

- Good knowledge of the history, art and culture of the tour destinations.

- Passion for sharing culture and curiosity in continuing to learn and deepen one's knowledge.

- Previous experience as a Tour Leader or Customer Care is preferred, but not required.

- Residing in the local area (Pompeii and Herculaneum), preferably within a 30-minute commute (nice to have).

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

- Immediate availability.
