**Partner with the best
In this role you will, own the Wing-to-Wing (W2W) definition and execution of the commercial enablement roadmap for Channel Partners globaly, delivering incremental yearly orders growth by accelerating our channel partners' commercial capabilities and commercial intensity while ensuring adherence to the strictest ethical & quality standards.
**As a TPS Global Sales Manager you will be responsible for**:
- Developing the indirect sales growth strategy by channel type for every business vertical
- Developing and evolve indirect sales strategic framework, partner management tools and processes, and partner enablement programs to support growth
- Maximizing the company's financial return from the channel portfolio
- Collaborating with sales and channel managers to develop and/or refine coverage model in the region and optimize the channel portfolio
- Collaborating with the sales and broader channel management organization to develop and/or refine how BH engages with the distribution channels, develop and / or refine the programs that BH uses to support and grow its relationships with the channel reps, identify and leverage opportunities to increase the number of product/service lines that BH sells through channels
- Foster and grow relationships with strategic channel representatives
- Owning and deliver performance for the channels portfolio
**Fuel your passion
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have a bachelor's from an accredited university or college.
- Have significant experience of sales / commercial experience and dealing effectively with channel partners or end customers.
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, communicate, build consensus, and lead cross-functional teams at different levels of a matrix organization.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Be able to work across time zones to support regional activity and flexibility to travel (if needed)
