**Shape the future of our financial data

TPS Property, Plant & Equipment (PP&E) leader will be responsible for the key capital expenditures (CAPEX) processes happening in the TPS business, from the capital allocation process to the closing and reporting of TPS PP&E.

The role will cover key aspects of capex management, global understanding of capex wing-to-wing process and related accounting, solid partnership with the operational team and the P&E leader.

Some of the key tasks/activities, will include:

- Ensure capex accounting in compliance with related GAAP and support Kuala Lampur team as needed

- Ensure proper level of analytics are established and maintained, also utilizing newer functionalities and data visibility coming from implementation of digital tool

- Drive the Capital Allocation process in alignment to HQ FP&A, product leadership and supply chain teams

- Own all the planning cycles for PP&E (Annual Plan, SRP, LRP, MRP)

- Perform period end (month, quarter, year) financial closing process for PP&E

- Support PP&E count in compliance with applicable policies/SOX requirements and support KPMG and internal audit as needed

- Establish key relationships with Controllership & Audit team to support ad hoc requests

- Stay in connection with the broader GSC (Global Supply Chain) team

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum 3+ years of Finance experience

- Strong industrial/product knowledge, coupled with key expertise in supply chain cost accounting, cost budgeting & controllership processes preferred

- Demonstrate very strong, proven, progressive financial experience

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure

- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

- Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment

- Be able to interact autonomously with all level of organization, including Leadership team

- Display an excellent analytical approach to problem identification and solution implementation
