**Who is ITT?
Responsabilità essenziali:
We are looking for a **Trade & Compliance Expert **located in Barge (CN) who will be responsible for managing the trade compliance program at ITT Motions Technologies plants in Barge.
The **Trade & Compliance Expert **should divide his or her tasks in the following main areas: the management of a customs compliance programmed and the monitoring of exports controls issues process implantation.
The person will join the Legal team of MT and dotted line will report to the Head of Trade and Compliance ITT in US.
To manage the efficient customs compliance program, the Trade & Compliance Expert should engage the different departments of the company that may have any activity related to import and export operations.
To manage the main pillars of a Trade compliance program, that are:
- Import/export process
- Knowledge of the Free Trade Agreements involved and monitoring the preferential origin declaration process
- Country of Origin (COO) determination regulations
- Customs valuation
- Internal Compliance program under Dual-Use regulation
- Special Customs procedures (ex. inward or outward process, transit regime, end use regime)
- Export license management
- Monitor Export and Intra-Cee sales accuracy (MRM closure and Intrastat declaration)
- VAT regulation in export transactions.
Manage the preferential origin declaration process, and issue specific import / export declarations.
Conduct denied party screening on all third parties, communicate the results to internal partners and trade compliance leadership, as necessary.
It is essential that the Trade & Compliance Expert works closely with trade compliance leadership and legal in the management of the customs compliance program, to ensure ongoing compliance.
Give the correct support to all local supply chain to monitoring and governing the operate of customs brokers and trading companies in the company's import and export operations.
Be the primary point of contact for staff involved in the legal, logistics, foreign trade, sales and finance departments, as well as third parties, on trade compliance matters.
Manage the site's AEO certification and ensure that daily operations are in compliance with AEO and customs regulations.
Report any risks of Customs offenses to the Supervisory Board DL 231/2001.
Requisiti di posizione:

**Qualification / Requirements**:
University Degree might be a plus;
5+ years of experience in customs or export related operations, classification, with professional knowledge in Import & Export regulations, Free trade agreements (FTA), Country of origin (COO), Custom value and special Customs procedures
Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts
Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets
AEO professional qualification (art.
27 del RE 2447/2015)
Microsoft office full capability
Fluent in English and Italian
