Trade Marketing & Brand Activation Specialist (Fixed Contract - maternity leave) Within the Trade Marketing & Brand Activation team, you will be responsible for the execution of brand activation plans with key customers and stakeholders.
You will work on driving our brand presence at local level, taking ownership of trade marketing initiatives cross-channel on the national territory.
Responsibilities Brands activation on field, including effective localization of trade materials (point of sales materials, showrooms layout, merchandising, etc) for different channels.
Understand and collect market needs by doing regular visits to key local stakeholders.
Constantly collaborate with pre-sales, sales, service teams and commercial agencies.
Support the planning and the organization of events, exhibitions and roadshows at national level.
Support new products and services launch, actively contributing to the launch plan definition in collaboration with product marketing and communication teams.
Activate loyalty program and promotions communication, including dedicated materials.
Coordinate creative and events external agencies.
Manage and monitor the assigned budget.
The ideal candidate Hard worker.
Experience in trade marketing and events organization is required.
Flexibility to regularly travel (up to 30% of time) in Italy is required.
Entrepreneurship and ability to work in team are essential.
Resource coordination skills is a plus.
Experience in similar industries is a plus.
